Install Mitakt
Mitakt is distributed through its own F‑Droid repository. You add the repository once, and every update after that arrives the same way your other F‑Droid apps do.
1. Get the F-Droid client
If you do not already have it, install F‑Droid from f-droid.org. It is the app store that will keep Mitakt up to date.
2. Add the Mitakt repository
Open F‑Droid, go to Settings, then Repositories, then add a new one with the plus button. Scan this code with the camera button:

If you are reading this on the phone itself and cannot scan your own screen, type the address in by hand instead:
The fingerprint is how your phone knows updates really came from us. F‑Droid shows it to you when you add the repository. If what it shows does not match what is printed here, stop and get in touch.
3. Install Mitakt
Search for Mitakt in F‑Droid and install it. Updates will show up on the Updates tab from then on.
